Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, is seeking a customer‑facing associate to support payment transactions, guide customers in a busy parking facility, and help maintain a high standard of service. You will assist with automated revenue control devices and ensure smooth traffic flow at the site in Cleveland, OH.

The role requires strong English communication, basic math, and a willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends or evenings.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Automated parking access control hardware/software or strong tech aptitude.
• Availability: 2nd/3rd shift and weekends may be required.
• License: Valid state driver's license with current address.
• Math: Basic arithmetic and change making.
• Language: Proficient English reading/writing and verbal skills.
• Reasoning: Able to follow instructions and solve simple problems.
• Adaptability: Flexible and able to handle changes.
• Other: Able to use a clock/timekeeping and credit card machine.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with payments to automated equipment.
• Guide parking services and ensure smooth traffic flow.
• Lead programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Support day-to-day activity of the location.
• Monitor pay-in lanes and assist customers as needed.
• Resolve customer complaints with supervision when necessary.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and professional presentation.
• Perform audits and basic revenue counting as required.
