SP Plus Corporation is hiring a Mobility Specialist Driver in Nashville to greet guests, educate on Metropolis parking technology, and enforce policies with a strong customer-first mindset. You will patrol lots, document violations, and help maintain a safe, clean environment while working with a tech-enabled campus.

The role offers growth potential in a fast-paced setting. The position requires a valid drivereense, excellent English communication, and comfort with mobile devices.

Qualifications

• Valid drivereense and driving record.
• Strong customer service orientation with willingness to go above and beyond.
• Comfortable using mobile devices and technology (iPad, iPhone, Android).
• Ability to communicate effectively in spoken English with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in parking lots and garages, providing professional and friendly service.
• Educate customers on Metropolis parking technology and assist with enrollment as needed.
• Promote positive customer relationships by delivering excellent customer service.
• Respond to customer questions and concerns confidently and courteously.
• Patrol assigned parking lots and garages to enforce payment and policies.
• Document violations using mobile devices, including photo documentation.
• Maintain cleanliness of parking lots, garages, and common areas.
• Identify and report debris, hazards, or maintenance issues promptly.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks and upkeep as needed.
• Work independently and as part of a team; observe safety protocols.
