Job summary

Admiral Enforcement is seeking a motivated Enforcement Agent in Miami, FL. The role involves patrolling designated areas on foot, identifying vehicles lacking proper payment or permission, and enforcing parking rules with citations.

You will conduct lot audits, record violations, and report safety concerns to management. The position requires a valid driver’s license with 3+ years of driving experience, a clean record for the past 7 years, and the ability to work outdoors in varied weather.

Qualifications

• 3+ years driving experience with valid license
• Must be at least 21 years old
• No major violations in past 7 years
• No more than two minor violations in past year
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Proficient with computers and mobile applications
• Able to bend and lift up to 50 pounds regularly

Responsibilities

• Patrol designated area on foot to identify vehicles without proper payment or permission
• Enforce location requirements by issuing citations for parking violations
• Conduct lot audits and car counts at designated locations and times
• Record and enter data collected for violations in the approved system
• Report incidents, accidents, or safety concerns to management
• Communicate with customers, clients, and coworkers professionally
