Job summary

SP+ Corporation is hiring a Parking Attendant in Miami, FL. The role involves directing customers, counting vehicles, issuing warnings, patrolling parking levels and assisting guests with parking locations.

Qualifications

• Education/experience: Less than High School or ~1 month related experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct incoming customers to available parking spaces.
• Count vehicles on location during shift.
• Issue warnings for policy violations.
• Patrol parking levels on foot or via carts.
• Assist customers who forgot where they parked.
• Be on time and in uniform.
• Assist customers and route to Facility Manager if needed.
• Control traffic at entrances/exits.
• Assist in maintenance of parking equipment per Manager.
