Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, is building checkout-free parking experiences using computer vision. The team monitors streets, lots, and campuses to ensure parking policies are followed and provides guidance to drivers.

Enforcement officers issue citations, assist with parking equipment, and support events with parking logistics. The role requires the ability to work in all weather, stand for long periods, and maintain a professional demeanor while serving the public.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Valid state driver’s license if driving a company vehicle.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to understand and apply parking regulations.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor designated streets, lots, garages, or campus to enforce parking policies.
• Provide customer service by answering questions regarding directions, events, and parking policies.
• Issue citations and warnings for non-compliance with tickets; impound/relocate vehicles as directed.
• Assist maintenance staff with parking equipment and facility upkeep, including meter maintenance and signage.
• Assist event staff with parking for events, including setup and traffic management.
• Assist office staff with permit sales and data entry during peak seasons.
• Other related duties as assigned.
