Job summary

SP+ is a Metropolis company providing checkout-free parking experiences using computer vision. The role involves guiding customers, counting vehicles, issuing warnings, patrolling lots, and assisting drivers on shifts across locations in El Paso.

The ideal candidate will have a valid driver’s license, basic reading/writing skills, and the ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds, with availability for 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends.

Qualifications

• Basic reading and writing ability to handle simple instructions and memos.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license is required if driving on company business.
• Willingness to work 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Direct incoming customers to available parking spaces.
• Count vehicles on location throughout shift.
• Write and issue violation warnings to tenants and visitors.
• Patrol parking levels on foot or in carts.
• Assist customers who forgot where they parked.
• Report accidents or policy violations to the Facility Manager.
• Control traffic at entrances and exits.
