SP+ is seeking a Parking Enforcement Officer in Great Falls, MT. The role focuses on monitoring areas to enforce parking policies and provide frontline customer service related to directions, events, and policies.

The position requires working alone, using hand-held devices, and operating vehicles or bicycles in varying weather, with shifts including potential evenings and weekends. A valid driver's license is required.

Formación

• Knowledge of the local geography and parking areas.
• Ability to operate a hand-held computer and vehicles.
• Must be 18 years of age or older at time of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor streets, lots, garages and campuses to ensure compliance with parking policies.
• Provide customer service by answering questions on directions and policies.
• Issue citations and warnings for non-compliance; relocate vehicles as directed.
• Assist maintenance with parking equipment, meters and signage.
