Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, is seeking a Parking Enforcement Officer - Driving in Great Falls, MT. You will provide directions, answer questions about parking policies, and issue citations as needed, working with a handheld computer in a dynamic environment.

The role requires independent judgment, strong customer service, and the ability to work in all weather. A valid driver's license and being 18 or older are required. Training on pay-for-parking systems is provided.

Qualifications

• Geography knowledge of enforcement areas.
• Ability to operate a handheld computer.
• Ability to walk for extended periods in all weather.
• Must be 18 years of age or older when hired.
• Ability to understand and apply parking regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by answering questions about directions, events, and parking policies.
• Issue citations and warnings for non-compliance; impound, boot or relocate vehicles as directed.
• Work alone requiring independent judgment and diplomacy.
• Assist with maintenance of parking equipment and facilities.
