SP+, a Metropolis Company, is hiring a Parking Enforcement Officer in the Chelsea, MA area. You will monitor streets and lots to ensure policy compliance, answer questions, issue citations, and support event parking operations.

The role requires independent judgment, strong customer service, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather. Salary is $18.46 per hour with benefits including medical, dental, vision, FSA, disability, life insurance, 401k, and paid time off.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years or older at time of hire.
• Must have and maintain a valid state-issued driver’s license with a current address and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to walk for extended periods of time.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Ability to understand and apply parking regulations.

Aufgaben

• Monitor designated streets, lots, garages, or campus to ensure compliance with parking policies.
• Provide customer service by answering questions regarding directions, events, building locations and parking policies.
• Issue citations and warnings for non-compliance with a computerized handheld device or manual tickets; impound, boot or relocate vehicles as directed.
• Assist maintenance staff with parking equipment and facility upkeep, including inspecting lots and repairing meters or signs.
• Assist in the collection of parking revenues and fees and support event-related parking activities.
