Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older at time of hire.
• Ability to exercise sound independent judgment and maintain high customer service.

Responsibilities

• Monitor designated streets and lots for parking compliance.
• Provide customer service by answering questions regarding directions and events.
• Issue citations using a computerized hand-held device.
• Assist maintenance with parking equipment and facility upkeep.
• Manage the collection of parking revenues and fees.

Skills

Knowledge of geography of the area

Ability to use a hand-held computer

Ability to interact with others in a courteous manner

Ability to operate a motorized vehicle

Ability to walk for extended periods

Knowledge of hazards and safety precautions
