Towne is seeking a Parking Concierge to warmly greet self-parking guests and guide them with directions, information, and exceptional service. You will help with equipment, room keys, and payment terminals while ensuring accurate revenue collection.

The role emphasizes professional communication, cash handling, and adherence to procedures, with responsibilities including revenue reconciliation and customer service in a busy, outdoor environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One to three months related experience or training preferred.
• General knowledge of parking garage policies.
• Must be able to read and write standard English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, professional demeanor with guests, coaches and employees.
• Provide directions and information about outlets, rooms and local attractions.
• Identify and collect revenue; complete cash drops and shift reports accurately.
• Categorize tickets for audit, reconcile revenue, and operate payment terminals and gates.
