Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Cashier or parking experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short notes, and memos in English.
• Ability to respond positively to customer problems or complaints.

Aufgaben

• Verify shift transactions against cashier's money on hand during bank drops.
• Respond to customer service issues and resolve on the spot.
• Maintain order in assigned lot.
• Maintain relationships with police department and security personnel.
• Supervise employees and liaise between staff and management.
• Count vehicles on location throughout shift.
• Maintain a neat and clean appearance and wear full uniform.
• Report any policy violations or safety hazards to managers.
• Troubleshoot minor issues with revenue control equipment.
• Complete daily inspections and required documentation.
• Assist with debris cleanup and spills.
• Substitute for any position as needed.
• Know all garage areas, streets, landmarks and freeways.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
