Job summary

SP+ is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Philadelphia, PA to ensure a seamless parking experience. The role supports maintenance, handles payments on automated equipment, and helps manage daily location activities, delivering courteous service to customers.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, experience with parking access hardware/software, and a valid driver's license if driving is required. A flexible schedule across shifts may be needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Experience with automated parking access control hardware and software.
• Availability to work special shift requirements, if any, including 2nd/3rd shift and weekends.
• License: valid state-issued driver’s license with current address and acceptable driving record if driving is required.
• Mathematical skills: ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure and make change.
• Language skills: ability to read, write and interpret English clearly.

Responsibilities

• Ensures customers have a seamless parking experience and facilitates the expedient flow of traffic through the facility.
• Assists customers in making payment to fully automated revenue control equipment.
• Goes above and beyond to deliver an exceptional client and customer experience.
• Assists in the day-to-day activities of the assigned location.
• Monitors parkers in pay-in lanes.
