Job summary

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: minimal high school diploma or equivalent and minimal related experience or training.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with customers and maintain professional image.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of location within contractual guidelines.
• Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with management duties and day-to-day activities of locations.
• Courteously assist customers and report incidents or safety hazards.
• Assist in maintenance and repair of parking equipment as directed.
• Have thorough knowledge of garage areas, streets, landmarks, and freeways.
• Complete other duties as needed.
