Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day management of a location ensuring operations follow contractual guidelines.
• Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with management duties at the location.
• Courteously assist customers and maintain a professional image.
• Assist in maintenance of parking equipment and general tasks as directed.
• Report accidents or safety hazards to the Facility Manager.
• Be knowledgeable of the garage layout and local landmarks.
• Complete other duties as needed.
