Job summary

Reimagined Parking in Hartford, CT is seeking a Parking Enforcement Officer to patrol assigned areas, issue citations, and support safe operations. This role uses a company vehicle and requires a valid driver's license.

You will maintain logs, coordinate with security teams, and provide courteous service to customers while complying with parking regulations. The role includes shifts Wed-Sun, outdoor work, and walking/driving duties across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver's License with good driving record.
• Must pass a background check and be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned areas using a company vehicle to observe parking violations.
• Enforce regulations by issuing warnings, citations, or towing when necessary.
• Identify violations such as expired meters or improper use of spaces.
• Record citation data with time, date, location, and vehicle details.
• Maintain detailed enforcement logs.
• Inspect meters, gates, and equipment for issues or malfunctions.
• Report unsafe conditions or vandalized signs to management.
• Monitor conditions across locations or large facilities.
• Provide courteous assistance to customers on parking rules and citations.
• De-escalate situations when possible and escalate to management when needed.
• Provide traffic control support as required.
• Report accidents or safety concerns promptly.
• Coordinate with Operations Manager, Shift Supervisor, or security teams.
