Job summary

City of Eugene is seeking a collaborative Citation Program Coordinator to oversee the full lifecycle of parking citations, including payments, refunds, appeals, and collections, while coordinating with Municipal Court and external collections partners.

The role supports Tier 2 customer inquiries, maintains data integrity, and provides program updates to ensure compliant operations within the Parking Services program.

Qualifications

• Experience: Four years of progressively responsible clerical or administrative support, including two years managing contracts, records, and/or financial data.
• Training: High school diploma or GED; an associate degree or related coursework is desirable.
• Background: Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Administers full lifecycle of parking citations and appeals, including processing, refunds, collections, and data entry.
• Manages Administrative Review process for parking citation appeals.
• Coordinates with Municipal Court on adjudication outcomes and integrates court decisions into parking systems.
• Oversees parking collections contract and reconciles activities.
• Maintains accurate records and supports external partners and internal departments.
