Job summary

Metropolis Technologies, via SP+ in Philadelphia, is seeking a Parking Attendant to guide customers, monitor lot availability, and maintain a clean, safe environment. You will direct incoming vehicles, issue warnings for violations, and assist customers with locating their car.

Qualifications

• Education/experience: Less than High School education or 1 month related experience or equivalent.
• License: Must have valid state-issued driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Availability: May be required to work 2nd/3rd shift and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Direct incoming customers to available parking spaces.
• Count vehicles on location and monitor parking activity.
• Write and issue violation warnings for garage policy violations.
• Assist customers in locating their vehicle and provide general assistance.
• Maintain uniform and be punctual for all scheduled shifts.
• Assist with maintenance of parking equipment and report hazards.
