Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis Company, is seeking a Parking Attendant in the Los Angeles area. The role involves directing customers, counting vehicles, issuing warnings, and patrolling the garage to maintain safety and order.

Reliable attendance, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends are required. Expect to work in a uniform and handle basic maintenance tasks as directed by the Facility Manager.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: Less than High School or limited related experience as noted.
• License: valid state driver’s license with acceptable driving record if driving a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Direct incoming customers to available parking spaces and keep the lot clean and presentable.
• Count vehicles on location during shift and issue violation warnings when needed.
• Patrol garage levels and assist customers with locating parked vehicles.
• Maintain punctual attendance and wear the uniform as required.
• Respond to questions and escalate to Facility Manager as needed.
• Control traffic at entrances/exits and assist with equipment maintenance.
