Qualifications

• Education/experience as stated: less than high school or up to one month related experience or training.
• Availability for special shifts; may require 2nd/3rd shift and weekends.
• Valid state driver's license with current address and acceptable driving record.
• Basic math skills to add, subtract, and make change.
• Ability to read/write simple instructions and present information clearly.
• Ability to apply common sense to follow instructions and solve problems.
• Familiarity with using clock, calculator, and credit card machine for transactions.

Responsibilities

• Receives payment for parking services and facilitates gate traffic flow.
• Counts cash banks at start of shift and maintains cash security.
• Issues receipts or tickets and computes amounts due for transactions.
• Operates cash register and displays transaction cost to customers.
• Quotes prices and provides directions to customers around the city.
• Resolved customer complaints independently or with supervisor assistance.
