Job Summary

Team Members are the initial contact between guests and Kids Empire. They are responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction and addressing any questions or comments that guests may have while present at Kids Empire. Team Members perform many tasks with families and peers throughout the park to ensure guests have an excellent and safe time.

Essential Job Functions

• Attend customers promptly, greet them and make them feel comfortable.
• Operate the check-in process, having guests sign the liability waiver and collect contact information using an iPad.
• Operate the front cash counter, receive payments (cash or card), register transactions, provide exact change and maintain accurate billing records.
• Verify amounts displayed on the POS during billing transactions.
• Organize refrigerator with drinks, snacks, chips and ice cream.
• Monitor snack inventory and communicate with management to replenish stock.
• Walk the floor regularly to ensure no unsafe hazards and that guests follow park rules and guidelines.
• Clean restrooms and sanitize park structures such as tables, chairs and playground equipment.
• Assist and participate in family events to ensure they operate efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands

• Stand, walk, bend, twist constantly.

• Good finger dexterity.
• Work in noisy environments with children yelling and music.
• Tolerate a hectic and busy work environment during scheduled hours.
