Overview

Park Team Member at Kids Empire

OBJECTIVE: Team Members are the initial contact between guests and Kids Empire. They are responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction and addressing any questions or comments that guests may have while present at Kids Empire. Team Members work with families and peers throughout the park to ensure guests have an excellent and safe time while at Kids Empire.

Responsibilities
  • Attend to customers promptly, greet them, and make them feel comfortable in the park environment.
  • Operate the check-in process by having guests sign the liability waiver and collect guest information (address, name, email, phone) using an iPad.
  • Operate the front cash counter, manage cash flow, process payments by cash or card, and provide exact change when needed.
  • Process billing transactions accurately by verifying the amount displayed on the POS.
  • Organize the snack refrigerator with drinks, snacks, chips and ice cream; check inventory and coordinate with management to replenish stock.
  • Walk the floor regularly to ensure guest safety and compliance with park rules and guidelines.
  • Clean restrooms and sanitize park structures such as tables, chairs, and play structures.
  • Assist with and participate in family events, ensuring events operate efficiently.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Physical Demands
  • Stand, walk, bend, and twist constantly.
  • Frequent bilateral hand movements and good finger dexterity.
  • Work in a noisy environment with children, music, and guest activity.
  • Ability to tolerate a hectic and busy work environment during scheduled hours.
  • Possible exposure to heights and tight spaces.
