Overview

Team Members are the initial contact between guests and Kids Empire. They are responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction and addressing any questions or comments that guests may have while present at Kids Empire. Team Member workers perform many tasks with the families and peers throughout the park to ensure the guests are having an excellent and safe time while at Kids Empire.

Responsibilities
  • Attend customers as quickly as possible, greet them, and make them feel comfortable in the park ambiance.
  • Operate the check‑in process by having guests sign the liability waiver and collect guest information using an iPad.
  • Operate the front cash counter, receive payments by cash or card, register transactions daily, and provide exact change when needed.
  • Perform billing transactions accurately, verifying amounts displayed on the POS.
  • Organize refrigerator with drinks, snacks, chips, and ice cream.
  • Check snack inventory and coordinate with management to order stock from vendors.
  • Walk the floor regularly to ensure no unsafe hazards and that guests follow park rules.
  • Clean restrooms and sanitize all park structures such as tables, chairs, and playground equipment.
  • Assist and participate in family events to ensure efficient operation.
  • Other duties assigned.
Physical Demands
  • Stand, walk, bend, and twist constantly.
  • Perform frequent bilateral hand movements.
  • Have good finger dexterity.
  • Work in noisy environments created by guests, such as children yelling and music.
  • Tolerate a hectic and busy workplace during scheduled hours.
  • Comfortable with heights and tight spaces.
Qualifications
