Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers to ensure comfort.

• Cleaning restrooms and sanitizing park structures (e.g., tables, chairs, playground structures).
• Assisting and participating in family events and ensuring events operate efficiently.

Overview

Team Members are the initial contact between guests and Kids Empire. They are responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction and addressing any questions or comments that guests may have while present at Kids Empire. Team Members perform many tasks with the families and peers throughout the park to ensure the guests are having an excellent and safe time while at Kids Empire.

Responsibilities

• Attending customers as quickly as possible, greeting them accordingly, and making them feel comfortable in the ambiance of the park.
• Operating the check-in process by having guests sign the liability waiver and provide guest information such as address, name, email address, and phone number using an iPad.
• Operating the front cash counter for receiving the exact bill amount from the guests, managing cash flow by registering transactions daily, taking payments by cash or card, and providing exact change when payment is made by cash.
• Verifying billing transactions by checking the amount displayed on the POS.
