Overview

OBJECTIVE: Team Members are the initial contact between guests and Kids Empire. They are responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction and addressing any questions or comments that guests may have while present at Kids Empire. Team Member workers perform many tasks with the families and peers throughout the park to ensure the guests are having an excellent and safe time while at Kids Empire.

Responsibilities

• Attending customers as quick as possible, greeting them accordingly, and making them feel comfortable in the ambiance of the park.
• Operating the check-in process by having guests sign the liability waiver and collect guest information (address, name, email address, phone number) using an IPAD.
• Operating the front cash counter for receiving the exact bill amount from the guests, managing cash flow by registering transactions daily, taking payment from guests by cash or card, and providing exact change if payment is cash.
• Verifying billing transactions by checking the amount displayed on the POS.
• Organizing the refrigerator with drinks, snacks, chips and ice cream; monitor snack inventory and communicate with management to order from specified vendors to replenish stock.
• Walk the floor regularly to monitor for hazards and ensure guests follow park attendance rules, regulations and guidelines.
• Clean restrooms and sanitize park structures (tables, chairs, playground structures).
• Assist and participate in family events and ensure events operate efficiently.
• Other duties as assigned.
