Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and data table management; experience with PivotTables is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Maintains reliable and flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to support business demands and operational needs.
Responsibilities
Oversee all scheduling activities within the FUNtime scheduling platform (UKG Pro), including the development and management of schedules.
Partner with park leadership to design and optimize schedules for adequate staffing coverage.
Analyze staffing plans to identify potential coverage gaps and provide strategic recommendations.
Prepare and maintain key scheduling and staffing documents, including open-shift reports and workforce summaries.
Provide daily leadership and operational reports for the central scheduling office.
Serve as a primary contact for associates, addressing scheduling questions and concerns.
Update and modify park schedules in response to staffing changes.
Delivers exceptional guest service aligned with Six Flags standards.
Ensures a clean, safe, and orderly work environment by adhering to safety protocols.
