Job summary

Great Escape Parks is seeking a Workforce Planning Assistant to support centralized scheduling for park and lodge staff. You will forecast volumes, project staffing, and design optimal schedules across divisions. The role involves collaborating with management, maintaining schedules, and delivering daily operational reports.

Proficient Excel skills and experience customer service are preferred. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs.

Qualifications

Excel proficiency with advanced formulas and data tables; PivotTables preferred.
Customer service experience preferred.
Reliable, flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Oversee scheduling activities in Optim8, developing and maintaining departmental schedules.
Collaborate with park leadership to design and optimize schedules ensuring coverage and service.
Analyze staffing plans to identify coverage gaps and advise management and recruitment.
Prepare and distribute scheduling documents such as open-shift reports and workforce summaries.
Provide daily reports for the central scheduling office to ensure efficient workflow.
Serve as main contact for associates on scheduling questions and conflicts.
Update schedules in response to staffing changes to maintain continuity.
Deliver guest service aligned with Six Flags standards.
Maintain a safe, clean work environment per Six Flags safety protocols.
Perform other duties as assigned.
