Job summary

Orange County Government is seeking a customer service oriented clerk to serve as the first point of contact in recreation centers, parks, or campgrounds. You will handle rentals, enrollments, and payments with care and accuracy.

Responsibilities include booking events, processing memberships, and resolving issues with a focus on exceptional service. This is an on-site role with a suite of benefits and a structured pay grade.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Parks software within 5 months from hire.
• Experience in a fast-paced customer service or call center environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service via phone, email, and in person.
• Schedule reservations, rentals, and events using Parks software.
• Process enrollments, memberships, and payments with accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate between customers and staff for scheduling and info updates.
• Maintain data integrity in the reservation system and process invoices.
