Job summary

Sky Zone is seeking a Team Lead in California to supervise on-shift operations across Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, rotating through areas to gain leadership experience.

You will serve as Manager on Duty when senior leaders aren’t on-site, drive guest experiences, coach staff, and ensure safety and cleanliness during shifts. This role is onsite, full-time, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Able to move through park areas and lift up to 20 pounds.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when GM/OM are not present.
• Coach team members across all departments to deliver WOW service.
• Step into any operational area as needed to maintain guest flow and service quality.
• Deliver timely communication of guest issues, safety concerns, or operational challenges to management.
