Job summary

Sky Zone invites energetic individuals to join as a Part-time Team Lead, onsite. You will rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and F&B/Facilities, acting as Manager on Duty when needed to keep the park running smoothly.

We value leaders who jump in, coach others, and uphold Sky Zone’s WOW service standards while delivering safe, engaging guest experiences. Weekend availability is common in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in operations or guest-facing roles in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Comfortable using POS systems and standard office tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty when leaders are not present to ensure safety and smooth operation.
• Lead from the floor, coach team members, and maintain guest flow.
• Oversee Parties & Events, Sales, and Food & Beverage/Facilities as needed.
• Drive membership and program sales while delivering WOW service.
