Job summary

Urban Air Naperville seeks a Supervisor to lead daily park operations and guide Team Members and Team Leads during shifts. This hourly leadership role focuses on safety, guest experience, and consistent standards, while providing a development path toward future management opportunities.

Collaborate with the AGM/GM to uphold park standards, support the team, address guest needs, and maintain a positive work environment across attractions, front desk, and events.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer-facing experience in entertainment, hospitality, or similar.
• Experience leading teams (Team Lead/Shift Lead/Supervisor) preferred.
• Ability to coach and direct Team Members during assigned shifts.
• Strong customer service and guest resolution skills.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while focusing on safety and guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned shifts and ensure smooth day-to-day park operations.
• Provide direction and support to Team Members and Team Leads during shifts.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures as assigned.
• Monitor staffing levels and adjust shifts based on business needs.
• Ensure safety and Urban Air standards are followed across park operations.
• Support attractions, front desk, concessions, parties, and other areas as needed.
• Coach, give real-time feedback, and recognize performance.
• Onboard and train new team members on procedures and guest service standards.
• Escalate significant concerns to park management.
• Identify high performers for future leadership opportunities.
