Job summary

Kids Empire is seeking a Park Assistant Manager to oversee daily park operations, supervise staff, and ensure a safe, enjoyable guest experience. The role includes leading training, managing guest interactions, and coordinating events, with a strong emphasis on safety and service quality.

Responsibilities cover front-desk operations, inventory, and floor supervision, with weekend/holiday availability required for peak periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Able to work with children.
• Operate an iPad.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Leadership and organizational abilities.
• Ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to safety and emergency preparedness.
• Read and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and ensure a welcoming park atmosphere.
• Supervise staff to meet production goals and service standards.
• Assist Park Manager with training and auditing.
• Maintain a positive, collaborative work environment.
• Schedule auditing and approval processes.
• Open/close park using keys or code.
• Address guest and employee issues with Park Manager.
• Handle front desk transactions and accurate billing at POS.
• Manage snack and inventory replenishment.
• Monitor floor for safety and compliance with rules.
• Clean restrooms and sanitize park facilities.
• Schedule and coordinate family events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
