Job summary

Merlin Entertainments in Goshen, NY, is seeking a Senior Park Operations Manager to lead daily park operations, ensure safety, and deliver exceptional guest experiences across all attractions. You will report to the Director of Operations and Experience and guide operational teams to maintain high standards.

You will own incident management, ride readiness, and staff development, while collaborating with Resort departments to hit KPIs, support peak season readiness, and uphold Merlin brand

Qualifications

Proven leadership experience guiding operational teams in high-pressure environments.
Strong commitment to guest experiences and proactive service.
Comprehensive knowledge of operational management, safety, and resource allocation.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership for daily park operations, ensuring safety and guest enjoyment.
Act as central decision-maker during daily operations, manage incidents, and resolve escalated guest complaints.
Oversee park readiness and maintenance, ensuring brand standards are met across all areas.
