• Mails room confirmations and refund forms to guests; greets and registers guests and assigns rooms.
• Maintains guest accounts, posts charges, and balances cash register with receipts.
• Compiles daily activity and transaction reports and assists with inventory and merchandise tasks.
• Provide friendly customer service and promote park features and local attractions.
