Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three years of directly related park and facility maintenance experience.
• Must be able to obtain Class B CDL within six months.
• Must be able to obtain OSHA-10 within six months and OSHA-30 within one year.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of light and heavy equipment.
• Perform inspections of parks, facilities, equipment, and amenities.
• Maintain and repair parks systems including electrical, plumbing, and irrigation.
• Ensure park bathrooms, drinking fountains, and plumbing are in good working order.
• Support coworkers in maintenance tasks as needed.
• Follow City policies and safety procedures.
