Job summary

Qualifications

• Six to twelve months related experience or training; or equivalent combination.
• Ability to perform maintenance and trades across grounds, carpentry, electrical and plumbing.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and citywork standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain lawns and perform grounds keeping using mowers and edgers.
• Repair and maintain facilities, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry and HVAC components.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment; read plans and blueprints.
• Remove litter, maintain sanitation of restrooms and public areas.
• Provide safe, courteous service to the public and coordinate with other departments.
