Ucitymo is seeking a General Maintenance Worker to perform skilled manual labor in the upkeep, refurbishment, and repair of parks and related facilities. The role includes operating equipment, inspecting assets, and maintaining electrical and plumbing systems to code.

You will work independently on routine tasks and collaborate with coworkers on more complex projects. The position requires strong customer service and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three years of directly related park and facility maintenance experience.
• CDL Class B license or ability to obtain within six months.
• OSHA-10 and OSHA-30 certifications preferred or required within stated timeframes.

Responsabilités

• Operate a variety of light and heavy equipment.
• Perform inspections of parks, facilities, equipment, and amenities.
• Carry out routine maintenance duties and repairs as needed.
• Ensure electrical systems, plumbing, and safety measures are up to code.
• Maintain and repair park irrigation, bathrooms, fountains, and playgrounds.
