Job summary

Carowinds is seeking a Service Technician to support information systems and hardware across the park, helping staff with POS and other applications while coordinating with Corporate on projects. You will gain hands-on experience with a variety of software and hardware in a dynamic entertainment environment.

Responsibilities include installing and maintaining park hardware/software, assisting staff with IT needs, and delivering excellent guest and associate service during park hours.

Qualifications

• Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekdays and holidays.
• Strong safety awareness and good judgement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience with POS, networking, and PC hardware is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide information systems technical support during park operation.
• Install and maintain park hardware and software.
• Assist staff with POS, networking, and PC-related support.
• Work with Corporate on projects as needed.
