Texas Parks and Wildlife Department is seeking an entry‑level Customer Service Representative I to manage front desk operations at Bonham State Park. You will handle license sales, registrations, and routine clerical tasks while delivering courteous service in person, by phone, and in writing.

Responsibilities include revenue processing, report preparation, and operating payment and licensing machines under supervision. This role requires a valid Texas driver's license and a HS diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Graduation from High School or GED.
• None required.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service and information to the public in person, on the telephone and in writing.
• Sell licenses and permits and assist with automated campsite registration.
• Perform clerical duties including reports and correspondence processing.
• Operate credit card, campsite registration, and licensing systems.
• Work under close to moderate supervision and comply with rules and procedures.
