Job summary

Texas Parks and Wildlife Department seeks an entry-level Customer Service Representative I to support Lake Tawakoni State Park. You will handle front desk duties, revenue processing, licensing, and customer inquiries in a fast-paced public setting.

The role requires strong communication, basic math, and the ability to work flexible hours with potential full-time or part-time shifts. Prior experience is not required, but bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• One year of clerical, cash handling or customer service experience is preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and information to park visitors in person, by phone and in writing.
• Process license and permit sales and automated campsite registrations.
• Manage front desk operations and revenue collection with accuracy.
• Prepare reports, handle correspondence, and maintain Headquarters cleanliness.
• Operate credit card machines and registration systems with accuracy.
