Texas Parks and Wildlife Department is seeking a Customer Service Representative I to support Fort Richardson State Park. You will handle daily office operations, assist visitors, process transactions, and maintain records while upholding TPWD safety standards.

The role requires strong communication, basic math skills, and the ability to work in a high-traffic park environment. Training and development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• No prior experience needed (entry-level).
• Valid state driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service, revenue collection, accounting, and permit sales.
• Register campers using automated camper registration.
• Answer phones, process mail, data entry, and filing.
• Interpret policies and provide information to park visitors.
• Handle complaints and emergencies and assist with inventory/office tasks.
