RowanEDC Partnership in Kannapolis is seeking a Park Operations Specialist to perform skilled work across park and recreation operations, including building attendants, AV and technical operations, shuttle driving, and concessions supervision under general supervision.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid NC driver's license, ability to work nights/weekends, and certification in First Aid and CPR. Hourly pay range is $14.74-$20.41 with open until filled.

Competenze

• Must be certified in First Aid and CPR or able to pass certification course.
• Must have the ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Must be able to work unusual hours, including nights and weekends.

Mansioni

• Opening and closing of park facilities during rentals, meetings, and programs.
• Handling building rentals incl. room setup, AV needs, and custodial duties.
• Communicating with users to address needs and enforce policies.
• Ensuring smooth transitions between users and addressing specific needs.
