Archdiocese of San Antonio is seeking a Financial Administrator to manage parish budgeting, expenditures, accounting and financial records, as well as fundraising and capital projects. The role collaborates with the bookkeeper, pastor, and Finance Council to ensure accurate financial stewardship.

The position also oversees parish personnel in coordination with the archdiocesan HR office and maintains transparent reporting to Finance Council and related committees, while upholding confidentiality

Qualifikationen

• Ensure resources and finances are administered for the parish and community.
• Prepare annual budget in collaboration with bookkeeper, pastor and Finance Council.
• Oversee monthly financial reports to Parish Finance Council, ministries and other committees.

• Oversee all parish personnel and administer personnel policies with guidance from the archdiocesan HR office.
• Preside over Finance Council meetings and engage Pastor Council meetings to incorporate input.
• Maintain communications with the Pastor regarding administrative decisions.
• Adhere to safety training and protect confidentiality of financial and donor information.
