Archdiocese of San Antonio is hiring a School Finance Manager to support the Catholic school's mission by handling fiscal matters and maintaining bookkeeping functions. The role reports to the School Principal and focuses on accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and advisory support.

The candidate will supervise accounts receivable, prepare monthly statements, and assist with audits and internal controls to ensure sustainability and compliance with Archdiocesan policies.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum four years bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Knowledge of non-profit accounting and financial management systems.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare monthly financial statements for school operations, parent associations, clubs, and endowments.
• Reconcile accounts and close month-end/year-end activities.
• Assist with budget preparation and financial planning with the Principal and Finance Council.
• Maintain filing systems for accounts receivable and operational documents.
• Coordinate and monitor school funds, banking, and vendor contracts.
