Job summary

The role leads finance staff, ensures compliance with federal/state rules and grant requirements, and manages banking, assets, and data integrity across Sage Intacct and related systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or business-related field.
• 10+ years of Accounting/Finance experience, preferably nonprofit/grant-funded.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Experience with federal grants/contracts and Sage Intacct preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and audit readiness.
• Lead procurement, invoicing, and treasury activities.
• Coordinate financial compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Manage payroll allocations and labor distribution across cost centers and grants.
• Serve as liaison between finance and program teams to align financial and program goals.
