Job summary

The Archdiocese of San Antonio is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee event planning for parish facilities at the main campus and Annex, coordinate rentals, and supervise the parish maintenance team.

This role ensures a welcoming environment for Catholic events, manages calendars, budgets, contracts, and collaborates with clergy, vendors, and city officials on permits and safety matters.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 4–6 years proven experience in building/facilities maintenance and events coordination.
• Valid driver license and reliable transportation.
• Insurance coverage (auto) as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Manage a comprehensive calendar of parish events and facility rentals.
• Supervise parish maintenance staff and coordinate with vendors.
• Oversee rental agreements, contracts, budgets, and payments.
• Coordinate with clergy, ministries, and city officials for permits and safety matters.
