Job summary

FedEx Office is seeking a Shipping Representative I to handle shipping and inventory tasks in a warehouse setting. The role supports the Distribution Services Manager and Assistant Manager to meet corporate goals in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities include picking, packing, cycle counts, and using scanning equipment, while maintaining safety standards and adherence to FedEx Office policies. Prior distribution center experience is valued.

Qualifications

• High School diploma / GED or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years general work experience.
• Proven team player able to contribute to problem solving situations.
• Self-starter with good time management skills.
• Experience with distribution center systems, operations, equipment, and workflow management preferred.
• Microsoft Office application experience a plus.
• Forklift certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties such as picking, inventory replenishment, packing, cycle counts, truck loading/unloading and other warehouse work as assigned.
• Adhere to procedures and policies for FedEx Office Distribution Services and FedEx Office, including speed, accuracy and productivity standards.
• Operate scanning equipment and other technology solutions to achieve goals.
• Attend daily operational meetings.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and operate material handling equipment.
