Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years in sales engineering, system design, or estimating in automation or logistics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD/Navisworks.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with modernization, retrofit, expansion, or capital projects is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative technical solutions by analyzing customer requirements for modernization and expansion.
• Collaborate to design and optimize system layouts using AutoCAD/Navisworks.
• Work cross-functionally with layout, engineering, procurement, operations, and sales teams.
• Engage directly with customers to understand challenges and present solutions.
• Lead technical reviews and risk assessments for feasibility and compliance.
• Support project handover by delivering documentation and assisting execution teams.
• Interpret RFPs and technical specs to develop compliant, competitive solutions.
• Develop project cost estimates using historical data and vendor quotes.
