Qualifications

Leadership experience managing warehouse teams
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and schedules
Proficiency with basic data entry and clerical tasks
Experience with sortation, WMS, and dock management systems a plus

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of warehouse associates and operations leads to achieve daily goals
Own Sortation, Dock Management, and shipping operations
Collaborate with HR, Safety, Customer Service, and other Ops leaders to drive results
Address operational and personnel issues affecting the department
Implement process improvements to improve workload efficiency
Plan workloads and ensure orders meet standards and are fulfilled on time
Investigate discrepancies and maintain quality across functions
Perform additional duties as needed
