Job summary

Sun Tran is seeking a Paratransit Route Reservationist in Tucson. You will take reservations by phone, accurately enter data, and schedule trips to support reliable transit service.

The Reservations Department operates daily from 7 AM to 5 PM, with weekend coverage required. Strong communication, city knowledge, and basic computer skills are essential; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Ability to make decisions with minimal supervision and type accurately.
• Excellent knowledge of the city and clear communication skills.
• Comfort using a computer; telephone communication needed.

Responsibilities

• Take reservations via telephone and enter data into the computer.
• Schedule reservations at point of call via computer.
• Assist with data entry and maintain productivity and on-time performance.
• Department operates 7 days per week, 7 AM–5 PM; weekend coverage required.
